NHA Clinic Simulation Activity Best Practices for Functionality & Operability

First, be sure to clear your computer’s cookies and cache.

Next, please make sure that you are accessing NHA’s courses correctly by following the directions below.  

Desktop/Laptop

In order to access simulations on a Mac or PC computer, you will need a broadband internet connection and a compatible web browser.

Javascript and cookies must be enabled.

Operating System Version	The latest minor version of OSX 10.9 + Note: When launching in Safari, OSX version 10.13 + is required.	The latest minor version of Windows 8 - Windows 10
Supported Browsers	Latest versions of the following browsers: Safari Chrome Firefox Opera	Latest versions of the following browsers (64-bit version recommended) Edge Chrome Firefox  Opera

If you continue to experience the same issue even after completing the previous steps, it is recommended to contact NHA for further assistance.
