Support Methods

At ACT, our goal is for our students to feel supported throughout their academic journey with us here at school despite studying remotely; therefore, we strive to maintain open communication between faculty/staff and student by providing them with a variety of support services available through virtual conferencing (Zoom/ Google Meets), email, and 24/hr chat support.

Submit a Support Request

• Web-based video conferencing tool that allows for real-time communication between students and staff. It provides high-quality audio and video, allowing students to see each other as if they were in a physical classroom setting. Through video conferencing, students can participate in live lectures or discussions with their peers, as well as receive feedback from their instructors on assignments and projects.
• We also offer email support services to all of our students. By using email, our students are able to contact their instructors or school administrators with any questions they may have about their courses or assignments. All emails sent through this service are responded to promptly by school staff members who are trained in providing helpful answers and guidance related to academic matters.
• Finally, we offer chat support services through a variety of online messaging systems such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. This type of support allows for real-time communication between school personnel and students when needed. Students can use this service to ask questions about assignments, quizzes, and course material and discuss any problems they may be having with completing an assignment.

Virtual Support Center

Our virtual support center offers various resources such as study tips for improved time management skills; helpful links for career exploration tools; access to free mental health resources; information about valuable opportunities, upcoming events, and much more.

Live Webinar Events

We offer virtual webinars hosted by experienced practitioners on topics and case studies. Students and staff alike can benefit from these sessions designed to empower our community towards professional success while fostering a culture of self-care and resilience within our institution’s network community.
